This is because we consider ourselves to have been harmed by Dole's conduct before the screening of BANANAS! * at the Los Angeles Film Festival earlier this year. The festival choosed to take the film out of competition since Dole remarked that the films was based on false testimony. In addition, Dole has actively tarnished us with the festival's sponsors.
